Terms of use

These terms are between you (the parent or guardian account holder) and Ramona AI LLC. You must be 18 or older and in the United States to create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for how your kids use the app. Keep your password and Kid View PIN private.

The honest-collection pledge

I only photograph cards my child actually owns and has in hand right now. I won't upload pictures from the internet, a friend's collection or a store. Cards that can't be verified won't count toward leaderboards, and accounts that cheat can lose their badges and sharing.

We may mark cards as unverified, remove them from leaderboards, or turn off sharing for accounts that break the pledge.

No sales or payments between families

The app can show that two kids might like to trade. It does not handle sales, payments or shipping between families. Any trade is arranged between parents, offline, at their own risk.

Prices

Card values are estimates from public market data and may be wrong or out of date. Don't rely on them for buying, selling or insurance.

BinderBug is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Disney, Topps/Fanatics, Panini, any sports league or players' association, or any other card publisher. Card names and images are trademarks and copyrights of their owners, shown only to identify the cards in your collection. Plans

The free plan covers one kid with a private page. The family plan is [$4.99/month or $39/year], renews until cancelled, and can be cancelled any time in your app store or account settings.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that put kids at risk or abuse the service.
