My kid forgot their password.
Sign in as the parent, open your kid's Settings & QR, and set a new password under their login. That also signs them out on every other device.
My kid is locked out.
After 5 wrong tries the username rests for 15 minutes. You can also set a new password right away from your kid's settings.
A card was read wrong.
Open the card from your family dashboard and fix or remove it. Only parents can change cards.
How do I stop a QR code from working?
Open your kid's settings and tap Turn off this code. Every printed copy stops working at once. How sharing works
How do I delete everything?
See Delete your account. It removes every kid page, card, photo and link right away.
Who can see my kid's page?
Nobody, until you choose. Pages start private. You can add approved friends or make a QR code, and turn either off any time.
